Tony's Roots

Originally from Ohio, Tony moved to Utah to study pre-med and business at the University of Utah while teaching skiing professionally. This knowledge has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing his client's listings.

Tony's Experience

Tony has over two decades of real-world experience buying and selling homes in the greater Salt Lake City and Park City areas. He earned his real estate license in 1999, followed later by his broker's license, and has sold hundreds of homes across the Wasatch Front. Tony has earned prestigious top producer awards at Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX prior to launching his own real estate firm, Fantis Group Real Estate.

Tony's Philosophy

Real estate is a powerful thing. Volunteerism

Tony has served as a director for several non-profits, including Utah Pride and PSIA-Intermountain. He has taught several Realtor classes at the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, which has commanded a deep understanding of both real estate technology and practices.

Having lived in multiple neighborhoods of Salt Lake and Park City, Tony brings a wealth of personal knowledge and experience to every transaction. His clients have ranged from 18-90 years old, and he's helped dozens of buyers and sellers relocate to and from Utah.
