This probably ISN'T the house you are looking for. With spring just around the corner, you are looking forward to an hour of mowing every 5 days, so this xeriscaped yard with a small patch of grass that can be mowed in 10 minutes with a battery powered mower will add to your disappointment with this home. Luckily, this floor plan with the Master suite on the Main level is pretty rare and there are only a couple of homes with this floorplan in the entire community, so you should be able to find your jammed up 4-5 bedroom home pretty quickly.
